Scholastic Attire & Uniformity: Students are required to wear the prescribed Academy uniform for the entire duration of academic lectures. The institution provides each student with two sets of the Spring/Summer uniform, two sets of the Winter uniform, and two sets of the official Athletic kit.
Prohibition of Substances: The introduction and consumption of alcoholic beverages or controlled substances within the academic buildings is strictly prohibited.
Smoking Restrictions: Smoking is strictly forbidden within all school buildings and throughout the duration of academic hours.
Standard of Conduct: Students must maintain a rigorous and disciplined demeanor. Public displays of affection, physical brawls, or behavior contrary to the Academy's decorum will be severely sanctioned.
Attendance & Formal Justification: Any absence must be formally justified via the Online Registry no later than the conclusion of the academic week.
Academic Preparedness: Students are expected to be in possession of all necessary scholastic materials required for their lessons at all times.
Electronic Device Policy: The use of mobile cellular devices is strictly prohibited during the hours of instruction.
Library & Private Study: The Academy Library is accessible twenty-four hours a day. Students must observe absolute silence. Private chambers may be reserved for collaborative projects.
Technological Provisions: The Academy provides personal computing stations for academic purposes to any student who is not in possession of a personal device.
Campus Security & Visitors: The introduction of external individuals is strictly forbidden without prior formal authorization issued by the School Registry.
Refectory Services: The Academy offers a complimentary dining system (Refectory) for all students. No prior reservation is required.
Psychological Support & Wellbeing: The Academy provides two resident psychologists available to both students and staff members.
Campus Mobility: To facilitate transit across the estate, the Academy provides a fleet of bicycles and electric scooters available for hire.
Dormitory Rules
Room Accommodations: The Academy provides residential quarters arranged as double, triple, or quadruple suites.
Double Rooms: Two twin beds, two study desks, and a shared wardrobe.
Triple Rooms: One twin bed, one bunk bed, individual desks, and a shared wardrobe.
Quadruple Rooms: Two bunk beds, shared study desks, and an oversized shared wardrobe.
Each student is provided with a personal mini-refrigerator. All suites are equipped with private ensuite facilities (shower, toilet, washbasin, and bidet).
Personalization of Quarters: Students are permitted to furnish and decorate their quarters provided the decorum of the Academy is maintained.
Common Areas & Culinary Facilities: Spaces are accessible at all hours; however, a strict policy of silence is enforced between 10:30 PM and 7:30 AM.
Curfew & Overnight Leave: All students must return to their dormitory by 10:30 PM. Overnight leave requires prior notification to the School Registry.
Gender Separation & Visitation: Halls are strictly divided into Male and Female wings. Inter-gender visitation must conclude promptly by 10:00 PM.
Prohibited Substances: Introduction of alcohol or controlled substances is strictly forbidden, resulting in immediate suspension or expulsion.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within rooms, balconies, and corridors. Use the Academy gardens or outdoor areas.
Quarterly Inspections: All rooms are subject to formal administrative inspections every three months.
Maintenance & Hygiene: Students are responsible for daily cleanliness. Custodial staff will perform a mandatory deep-cleaning once per month.
